I write this because I don't agree with the only review they have. Sometimes we have a bad day. I have purchased here many times, sometimes I qualify for free shipping, other times I don't. I have always received my free shipping when applicable. I placed an order recently for say 20 products ( I use for my business BG Gems & Crystals), and one item was incorrect. I emailed them immediately and was replied to in a timely friendly manner, I got to keep the wrong beads and they shipped the correct beads out foc. Service is always good, when I had an issue, it was promptly attended to. Plus their items inc Tarnish free are great quality. I would recommend. Larz

This chain is fine and will suit the purpose I bought it for but the service from this company means I won’t be back. The site kept prompting me toward free shipping which I reached but then when I got the checkout I was charged shipping. I tried contacting the company a few times before and after purchase which I did proceed with because I’m time poor and couldn’t do the search again. I’ve never heard back from anyone and was charged shipping. I’ll be looking to alternative suppliers going forward.
