Aussie Bead Supply - Returns and Exchanges
We trust you will love your purchases from Aussie Beads Supply. However, if for some reason you do not, you'll have up to 14 days to return an item for exchange, credit or refund.
To return your item:
Email us at sales@aussiebeadsupply.com
Provide the following details:
- Invoice / Order Number
- The item you wish to return
- Why you wish to return it
- Please let us know if you would like an exchange, refund or store credit.
We will then reply to your email and provide an address for you to return your goods.
All items MUST be returned within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
