Still haven’t received my order…..!!!!!

I placed an order 6 weeks ago now and have yet to receive it. When I reached out to Aussie for assistance, they had “no additional information.” Prior to writing this, I checked the tracking again and it still looks like it’s in Australia!! I will unfortunately be looking for a different supplier as I cannot work with this time frame. I would have at least expected SOME assistance.
