Wholesale Terms and Conditions
Wholesale discounts
To streamline the wholesale process for all customers we now have wholesale discounts that can be selected directly from website when you are purchasing wholesale quantities.
Each item eligible for wholesale will offer the option to purchase a quantity of 5, 10 or more, for a discount of between 5-20%.
Aussie Bead Supply does not run accounts. Payment is required upfront for wholesale orders when purchasing through our site.
Shipping
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Aussie Bead Supply makes every attempt to ship out orders within 24 hours, however please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and fulfillment.
Returns
No returns of wholesale orders will be accepted unless damaged or faulty.
COUPON/ DISCOUNT CODES
Unless otherwise indicated, coupon/discount codes will not be honored for wholesale purchases due to our already low margins.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact Aussie Bead Supply at sales@aussiebeadsupply.com within 5 business days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
Shipping and International Orders
International orders will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
