Wholesale Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for Wholesale
- Prior to approval as a wholesale customer you must first register for a wholesale account via email at sales@aussiebeadsupply.com
- Wholesale accounts are available to brick-and-mortar retail shops, or online retailers with their own storefronts, using our components for the purpose of jewellery design with a view of on-selling their designs (websites, markets etc).
- So that we might register your account as a wholesale customer you must then submit your ecommerce site, ABN or proof of onselling.
- Upon approval as a wholesale customer you will be able to preview wholesale pricing, shop for products, view inventory availability, and place orders directly from our website.
Wholesale Code
Once accepted as a wholesale customer you will be notified and sent a discount code to be used at checkout.
Discounts will not apply to on sale items or already discounted bulk listed products
For first time wholesale customers of Aussie Bead Supply the minimum order value is $300 + shipping. Payment is due at the time of order.
Accounts
Aussie Bead Supply does not run accounts. Payment is upfront for wholesale orders when purchasing through our site.
Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale pricing is displayed on www.aussiebeadsupply.com when logged in and approved as a wholesaler. All prices are listed in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed order pricing will be honored. (If you do not immediately seeing wholesale pricing after approval, please log out and log back in.)
Shipping
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Aussie Bead Supply makes every attempt to ship out orders within 24 hours, however please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and fulfillment.
Returns
No returns of wholesale orders will be accepted unless damaged or faulty.
COUPON/ DISCOUNT CODES
Unless otherwise indicated, coupon/discount codes will not be honored for wholesale purchases due to our already low margins.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact Aussie Bead Supply at sales@aussiebeadsupply.com within 5 business days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
Shipping and International Orders
International orders will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Aussie Bead Supply reserves the right to discontinue at any time the wholesale discounts to a wholesale customer.
