Peace Jade is a mix of green serpentine, lavender or pink stichtite, and white quartz. It is not actually a jade.
Its a peculiar stone which not only throws the green and whites but noticeable shades of purple and grey.
Affectionately referred to as the “Stone of Heaven” by the Chinese, jade has long been considered to be the quintessential green jade gemstone. Derived from the Spanish word “piedra da ijada” meaning “stone of the flank,” jade is believed to bestow the wearer with many virtues, notably wisdom, purity, long life, and good health.
